2. The floor is installed using T55 or T53 Sikafloor system.
3. The floor carries a ten year structural warranty.
4. Where direct fix is used it is of timber 12mm thick or greater.
5. The timber is kiln dried to local conditions.
6. The floor is sanded through 4 major sanding stages.
7. The finish used is either Toby Unithane or Bona Traffic.
