All too often we look at floors that fail due to inadequate preparation. At times people are advised not to seal the slab or else offered a sealer of dubious quality.

WE ALWAYS SUGGEST THAT YOU SEAL THE SLAB! This is the only sure way to know that the timber floor is there to stay. USE Sika MB or Sika 156 moisture 'barrier.' It's the only one that we know that really seals the floor effectively.
