Select 95% clear  5% gum

Standard & Better  80-85% clear   15-20% gum

Feature 70% clear   30% gum

High Feature 50% clear   50% gum

Fall Down   High gum

Generally we recommend that all timber used in flooring is 12mm or greater. This helps to prevent cupping and other problems. At times it is not possible to mill to 12mm and so we have timber milled at 10mm. At 10mm we recommend plank-on-ply whereas at 12mm you may use direct fix which is th epreferred installation system. All timber is milled with care and kiln dried.
